The cinema has closed due to the coronavirus outbreak
Cinema 4D has closed its doors after the coronivirus outbreak in Italy.
The chain was among the first cinema chains to reopen after the pandemic.
The cinema’s website says that due to an emergency, the chain has closed for a “very limited time”.
“The cinema has been closed because of the pandemics impact on the market and our production and customer base,” the website reads.
The closure will affect 4,500 employees.
“This means we have to cancel our scheduled productions, cancel all future events and close our doors for a very limited time,” the cinema chain says.
Cinema 1D was one of the first cinemas to reopen on September 12.
The chain was closed in October, but reopened on December 11.
